Sterling silver layered over vintage lucite make up these adorable oval-shaped stud earrings. Each measure just about 10x14mm and will patina in the same way sterling silver will over time when exposed to air. Just simply enjoy the silver patina or wipe them with a polishing cloth to bring back their original shiny sheen.
Jewelry is made with vintage lucite parts from 1960's - early 80's. We hand-set pieces with surgical steel earring posts and they have sturdy surgical steel/acrylic backings on them as well. Light-weight & fun to wear.
